We're uniting over 6,500 global experts to build a scalable technology stack, including a software platform, unified electronic architecture and reliable connection to the automotive cloud.

Our CARIDIANS are developing vehicle functions such as driver assistance systems, a next-generation infotainment platform, power electronics and charging technology, and digital services in and around the vehicle.

Our software can already be found in Volkswagen ID. models and will soon power Audi and Porsche vehicles with the E3 1.2 platform in 2024.

YOUR TEAM:

The Tech Strategy and Partner Management Team is developing CARIAD's global Strategy as well as defining and managing our key partnerships with tech players around the globe.

In this highly visible role, you have the chance to contribute to one of the key levers for CARIAD's future.

We are a small, tight-knit, and international team based in Munich, Wolfsburg, and Berlin.

You will have the chance to interact with a wide range of senior stakeholders within CARIAD and VW Group and learn about strategy in one of the most ambitious projects in the global automotive industry.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Define, develop, and advance the CARIAD value add strategy in alignment with the Volkswagen Group, brands, and subsidiaries
Responsibility for strategic governance of Region China and its subsidiaries, incl. strategy, product definition and BoD meetings
Act as counterpart for collaboration with the brands (e.g. Volkswagen Passenger Cars, AUDI AG, Porsche AG) and region China (e.g. CARIAD China, Volkswagen Group China, Volkswagen China Technology Company) to implement recommendations
Structure and execute strategic, as well as operational, initiatives by gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses
Conduct business intelligence activities and monitor industry

- and tech-trends including customers, competitors, technologies, regulations.

Create and deliver highimpact presentations and plans

WHO YOU ARE:

Successfully completed studies in the area of computer science, (business) engineering or similar field
Proven, exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with a datadriven approach to problem solving
Experienced with all relevant development and decisionmaking processes of Volkswagen Group entities
Passion for the tech industry and transformation as well as profound crossindustrial understanding of trends, technology and automotive market
Innovative, bold and open mindset to permanently challenge and readjust our cuttingedge strategy and software stack
Excellent communication skills in English. Desirable German skills; any other language is beneficial
