- 3-5 years of relevant working experience in public policy and/or regulatory compliance, preferably in a highly regulated industry, law firm, public affairs agency, or consultancy
- Academic background (e.g., economics or law)
- Strong analytical capabilities and understanding of complex regulatory frameworks
- Attention to detail and goal orientation
- Solution-oriented and execution-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills in English and German
