Corporate Transformation Services (CTS) as one of A&M's core competencies advise clients in improving profitability targets and leading clients out of strategic and operational crisis situations in a sustainable manner. In the process, our short-term focus is always on restoring the financial and operational performance of the companies. As part of the CTS team, you support clients in various industries (e.g. including retail, automotive, manufacturing) from the upper medium-sized businesses and international corporations.

As a
Director (M/F/d) M&A Transformation you will manage the following key responsibilities, supported by the European Corporate Transformation team

Participation in international projects for the realignment of the (portfolio) strategy, the corporate organization or the companywide increase in efficiency
Identification, development, and evaluation of portfolio measures in buyside and sellside situations
Planning and implementation of forwardlooking M&A transformations with a focus on value enhancement
Steering of transformation and transaction projects in close cooperation with the management of clients

At best you already have some relevant consulting experience and the following qualifications:

Excellent university degree and sound analytical skills.
Experience in a leading consultancy, industry experience desirable
Indepth knowledge of transformation projects with a focus on M&A, restructuring, and/or value creation programs
Professional, proactive and confident working style
