Cyber Security Lead (50% Hybrid)

Description

Areas of Responsibility

  • The Cyber Security Lead has the responsibility to actively drive product & solution security according to ISO/SAE Road vehicles
  • Cybersecurity engineering).
  • Advises executive management, product management, project management, R&D heads and manufacturing heads with regard to security for the ELFA products, solutions and services.
  • In particular, is responsible for driving the security strategy, aligned with the company security strategy.
  • Implements and manages among others the threat analysis and risk assessment, security system requirements, vulnerability handling and process.
  • Reports to the Central Cyber Security Lead and to the General Manager of the Business Unit.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Degree in computer science, IT security, electronics or related fields.
  • Advanced Knowledge acquired in his / her product, solution or service and customer world especially in the automotive segment
  • Expected experience with project management, in particular with crisis management in projects.
  • Basic and broad experience in security. Being able to estimate security threats and risks.
  • Competency to mediate between executive management and technical staff.
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate security impacts on divisional midterm strategy
  • Very good English language skills and optional German language skills
