TE Connectivity's Product Management Teams are responsible to shape, execute & grow the assigned portfolio, with key focus on optimizing the product's market position and financial returns, consistent with corporate and automotive business unit strategies.

Your tasks:

Strategic Business Plan Support.
Develop marketing and sales plan.
Work crossfunctionally to achieve financial portfolio goals.
Create and maintain product roadmaps.
Analyze industry trends, megatrends and customer needs.
Develop marketing materials for product value proposition and sales training.
Conduct continuous competitive analysis and benchmarking.
Drive cost improvement activities.

What your background should look like:

Business administration, business engineering or comparable
Openminded, willingness to learn, proactive approach, teamplayer, independent work
Technical affinity
Good skills in MS-Office, especially Excel.
Business Acumen
Global mindset
Proactive and dynamic attitude
Risk taker
Fluent language: English & German
Will to develop in the Sales & Marketing area
