On behalf of our client - a global player in providing services covering all aspects of an aeronautical product life cycle - we are searching for an

Operations Leader (M/F/d)
for the Hamburg location.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Lead production team, support functions and team leaders
Prioritize the activity; plan and manage the weekly workload
Ensure slot allocations
Organize and conduct group meetings; ensure and verify project updating progress
Ensure job performance according to job description sheets
Participate in hand over meetings, analyze and record NCs; initiate corrective actions

Ihr Profil:

Dipl.

Ing. / M.Sc. / B.Sc. / certified technican in aeronautics

Profund aeronautical experience
Management experience
Knowledge of management procedures, team building and production methods
IT Skills (Word, Excel, MS Project, SAP)
Fluent English language skills are prerequisite, French and German are an asset
