Office Coordinator / Büroassistenz (M/F/d)

KCR CRO is looking for qualified Office Coordinator to be responsible for a variety of administrative duties to help improve efficiencies and be support at our growing organization.

This is a wonderful opportunity to have exposure to a growing contract research organization with a stellar reputation. Will have regular interaction with employees and company leaders.
Part-time: 20-25 hours per week

Responsibilities:


  • Office management including: documents flow, shipments management, internal/external meetings organization, conference rooms management, office supplies control, business trips organization
  • Point of contact for local institutions in Germany
  • Visitor management
  • Cooperation with vendors
  • Employee Services & support
  • Collaboration with the extended Facilities & Administration team for global projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar position in a Germanybased company
  • Fluent English & German
  • Tech savvy, knowledge of how to set up office devices
  • Good work organization, an ability to work in a pressure of time,
  • Very good communication skills,
  • Multitasking
