WHAT AWAITS YOU:


  • First contact person for all HR relevant topics
  • Responsible for master data maintenance, absence management and fleet management
  • Preparation of all necessary documents, e.g. employment contracts and references
  • Transmission of salary relevant data to our external payroll partner
  • Support in setting up, implementing and optimizing HR processes
  • Support HR Manager with salary adjustments & bonus payments, performance management, employer branding and employee surveys as well as recruiting.

YOU BRING THIS WITH YOU:


  • At least three years of professional experience in the field of human resources, especially in personnel administration
  • Very good knowledge of payroll accounting and current tax and social security law
  • Independent, committed and reliable way of working
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team, "handson mentality
  • Confident appearance and strong service orientation
  • Very good knowledge of English.
