Chemical laboratory assistant in production / polymer synthesis / bioconjugation

The company is a Berlin drug delivery company in the field of polymer-based formulation of biological active ingredients. The company performs services for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and diagnostic companies. For the production of bioconjugates, celares GmbH has a manufacturing license according to -13 AMG.

To support our production / synthesis of functionalized synthetic polymers or bioconjugates (GMP and non-GMP) department, we are looking for a laboratory assistant as soon as possible.

Tasks

After an intensive training and familiarization phase, you will carry out laboratory developments for the synthesis of polymers and polymer conjugates, which you will then transfer to the pilot scale in a GMP environment together with the production team and under the direction of the production manager.

performing syntheses _ in the laboratory scale

Performing labscale syntheses
Implementation of syntheses and conjugations in 10 and 50 L reactors (pilot scale) under clean room conditions
Creating and following work instructions (SOP) Support of the production manager and the laboratory manager in the implementation of quality standards
Carrying out analyzes for inprocess control such as HPLC techniques.
Participation in the process development and the transfer to the pilot scale
GMPcompliant documentation of all activities

Requirements:

Chemical Laboratory Assistant or CTA or Masters in Chemistry or Polymer Science
Good technical understanding
Good computer skills (Office programs)
Very good knowledge of German
