Your role & responsibilities
Understand global strategic requirements and thecorrelation to HR activities and processes within theaspects of Environmental, Social and Governance(ESG); Audits & Reviews (esp. Quality, HSE &TISAX); Customer Surveys/Audits; Finance & PublicFunding
Steering of related global projects,, including themanagement of team members, budgets andstakeholders
Design of concepts, reports, toolboxes andcommunication items e.g. HR input for sustainabilityreport & audit dashboards
Leading and moderating global meetings, workshops and working groups
Your skills & strengths
Successfully completed studies of economics or comparable
Good knowledge and experience in preparation and passing Audits & Reviews
First experience in Project Management
Experience in modern Talent Management solutions and processes are welcome
Fluent in spoken and written English; other language skills like German are welcome
Very good Microsoft 365 skills, especially within PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent analytical, methodological, and conceptual skills with handson mentality
High level of customer orientation and stakeholder management
Independent, very structured and precise way of working
