Responsibilities:

Further development, introduction and implementation of the Klüber content marketing strategy
Development and implementation of new concepts for internal and external communication
Writing highquality content that meets the needs of the target groups and supports the company's goals (text, images, moving images, etc.)
Managing and monitoring the implementation of content and its distribution to the appropriate channels at headquarters
Creating the publishing calendar for KL's owned channels (LinkedIn, Story Centre) and the global content plan
Monitoring and analysing the performance of content on the owned channels website, LinkedIn, intranet and trade press
Further development of formats
Technical and disciplinary management of a team of several people

Qualifications:

Very good degree with a focus on marketing/communications, media management or journalism or an equivalent qualification
Proven professional experience of at least 5 years, preferably in digital and content marketing in the B2B sector as well as management experience
Sound experience in the implementation of complex concepts and projects (planning, execution, evaluation) in an international environment
A flair for storytelling
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Strong copywriting skills as well as conceptual strength and design affinity
High quality standards, independence and a sense of responsibility
