We are looking for an
HR Business Partner (M/F/d) at one of our German locations or partly from home office.

Your tasks:

Together with the company, you develop and retain talent.
You implement HR processes and policies.
You handle operational and administrative HR issues.
You ensure the induction of our employees.
You take over career coaching.
You are responsible for strategic consulting and support of the People Director.
You have a deep insight into the HR market and follow trends in this field.
You work and develop strategic HR priorities within the Corporate People department.
You are part of the continuous evaluation and improvement of internal processes, tools and systems.
You will proactively advise and fully support the People Director on analysis and developments within SD Worx related to redundancies, absences, career management, etc.
You will report to the International People Director.

Your Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role in HR, Human Resources or relevant field;
You have indepth knowledge of employment law;
You have experience with employee representation, codetermination and experience working closely with local and federal works councils;
Commitment, flexibility and willingness to support and encourage growth and change;
You are a team player with a genuine passion for the customer experience;
You find it challenging to motivate and coach people and get them to work together.
You are process oriented, analytical, proactive and customer focused;
You are innovative and able to look at things from a constructive and critical point of view;
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
You have a passion for HR and people and are a team player;
You are fluent in German and English and ideally have knowledge of French or another foreign language;
You are flexible and open to business trips and visits to our sites.
