ServiceNow Solution Architect (D/F/M)

Who we are

The Opportunity
As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will be reporting to the regional ServiceNow Leadership and collaborate with many other teams globally in Cognizant (e.g. Presales, Client Partners, Country Teams, Delivery teams) to deliver large programs, support customers on their digital transformation journey with ServiceNow and support pre-sales team with new pursuits in the region around ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management.


Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for our customers on their digital transformation journey with ServiceNow
  • Lead and own ServiceNow technical deliveries
  • Aligns architectural strategy with business requirements
  • Translate requirements into technical designs, evaluating with ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
  • Propose ServiceNow innovation roadmap to serve towards the best futureproof platform architecture and investment value
  • Ensure the technical team follows the standard processes and drive towards successful product releases.
  • Guide, mentor and train team members
  • Create valueadds and accelerators on ServiceNow, including presales support
  • Define and implement differentiators for ServiceNow business development

Preferred experience

  • Demonstrated experience in leading sprint planning efforts, reviewing stories against business requirements, splitting epics, and organizing development teams
  • 4+ years of experience on multiple ServiceNow products such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, SecOps, IRM, TPSM, HRSD, Workplace Service Delivery, Legal Service Delivery, CSM, AppEngine, OT & ESC Pro
  • Experience on Mobility, Discovery and Orchestration
  • Experience in design, development and deployment in ServiceNow
  • Experience in complex data migration
  • Excellent experience on complex ServiceNow integrations and creating integration architecture
  • Excellent understanding of ITIL 4 practices and experience in conducting trainings on ServiceNow
  • Exposure to Machine Learning, AI, Analytics & Ux led design
  • Fluency in English, as a business language, German is a plus
