Your tasks

  • Represent the brand towards its customers constantly striving for an outstanding customer service experience
  • Problem solve and deliver the best possible solutions to our customers by liaising with our fulfilment operations and product teams
  • Be the voice of our customers towards internal stakeholders and enable the brand to constantly improve its product and service offering by consolidating feedback and understanding patterns
  • Define and maintain standard procedures (SOP's) for the area together with the Operations team
  • Streamline and optimize customer service & operations processes for D2C /Ecommerce
  • Assist the Operations team with daytoday tasks, such as B2B inbound & outbound support, customs documentation, and more
  • Support with general business development and supply chain management improvements

Profile:


  • Experience in an equivalent role in Supply Chain Management, Sales Administration, Operations, Logistics, or Customer Service
  • Experience working in the fashion industry is a plus
  • Excellent customer service mindset
  • Ability to prioritize and projects with competing deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), German is a strong plus
