WHAT WE NEED:
- Organisation of the quality assurance and production preparation departments
- Strategic and disciplinary management of the departments and their employees (approx. 40 employees)
- Recruitment and hiring of new employees
- Labour law tasks (e.g. salary negotiations, termination)
- Organisation, delegation and supervision of projects and work assignments
- Coordination and definition of goals within the departments
- Coordination of work processes within the departments
- Prioritising work orders and forming work groups (e.g. production preparation)
- Staff scheduling
- Interface with the Quality Development, Development and Service departments
- Reporting to the division management and management
