TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow Up customer requests after offer is made through our reservation system
- Be responsible for all monthly allotment bookings
- Ensure booking updates are entered correctly in our system
- Independently prepare reservations for small cargo
- Inform our customers about flight updates, changes and cancellation
- Perform as first contact person for our customers
- Work closely with colleagues from different departments to meet customer needs
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- Secondary technical education or accomplished apprenticeship with focus on logistics or any other relevant field
- First work experience is considered as an advantage
- Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English
- Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
- Ability to plan and prioritize work
- Proficiency in MS Office
