Beschreibung

TASK RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow Up customer requests after offer is made through our reservation system
  • Be responsible for all monthly allotment bookings
  • Ensure booking updates are entered correctly in our system
- coordinate shipments with our compliance department

  • Independently prepare reservations for small cargo
  • Inform our customers about flight updates, changes and cancellation
  • Perform as first contact person for our customers
  • Work closely with colleagues from different departments to meet customer needs

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:

  • Secondary technical education or accomplished apprenticeship with focus on logistics or any other relevant field
  • First work experience is considered as an advantage
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in MS Office
