Beschreibung

As our Finance Lead, you will be responsible to drive business effectiveness via end-to-end ownership of finance (accounting, reporting) and legal within TradeLink.

The main areas of responsibilities will be Finance&Planning, Accounting, Legal&Compliance.

Tasks

  • Championing and advancing the organization's financial reporting, planning and forecasting (monthly financial reporting, monthly investor reporting, budgeting and business planning) as well as responding to adhoc requests.
  • Managing our automated invoicing process, accounting, and external providers.
  • Managing cashflows and liquidity.
  • Leading monthly operational performance reporting across all functions, and continuously benchmarking against target data.
  • Developing a core KPI framework and continuously benchmarking against target data to ensure that we're meeting our strategic objectives.
  • Reviewing costs and proactively proposing solutions or reducing costs where feasible.
  • Chairing executive meetings and driving the agenda, performance reporting, and followup management.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Overseeing the TradeLink Toolstack (Chargebee, Hubspot, Pleo, Datev).
  • Ensuring that TradeLink is compliant with all data privacy frameworks and regulations.

Requirements:


  • Several years of professional experience in finance and a proven track record of success in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience with German accounting practices (HGB, IFRS).
  • Strong financial modelling, PowerPoint reporting, and Excel skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Master's or MBA in Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German.
