What We're Looking For

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary goal will be to provide outstanding customer support to our users. You will have a crucial role in resolving technical inquiries and problems, ensuring their satisfaction.

Your focus will be on delivering a positive and exceptional experience for our users, contributing to a strong and favourable brand image.

\*This is a hybrid role with a minimum of two days in our office (Berlin)

Tasks

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborating closely with the product team to ensure that our product evolves and aligns with the specific requirements of our customers.
  • Taking an active role in achieving the team's objectives by consistently striving to enhance our performance and fostering strong internal communication.
  • Creating documentation to help customers resolve their issues

Requirements:

We Expect

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with exceptional skills in both English and German (C1).
  • Additional language is a bonus
  • Over one year of experience in a support or service role, demonstrating the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Capable of handling a variety of tasks and effectively managing workload.
