- Analyse und Implementierung zoll- und außenwirtschaftsrechtlicher Vorschriften und Prozesse, um Compliance und Effizienz in den Ein- und Ausfuhrprozessen sicherzustellen
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung von Zolltarifzuweisungen und Anträgen auf verbindliche Zolltarifauskünfte
- Übernahme der Verantwortung für Zollverfahren, Genehmigungen sowie die Betreuung des Bereichs Zoll und Außenhandel
- Federführung bei der ordnungsgemäßen Verzollung und Versteuerung von Importen, einschließlich Überwachung zur Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben und Beantragung von Einfuhrgenehmigungen
- Koordination internationaler Transporte mit besonderem Augenmerk auf Zoll- und steuerrechtliche Aspekte, einschließlich der Mitwirkung an der Validierung und Qualifizierung von Transportwegen
- Erstellung und Überprüfung von Lieferantenerklärungen sowie die Durchführung von Präferenz- und Ursprungskalkulationen
- Unterstützung europäischer Tochtergesellschaften bei zollrechtlichen und steuerlichen Angelegenheiten sowie interne Ansprechperson für Fragen rund um den Zoll
- Überwachung und Management von Zollbewilligungen und Zertifikaten (z.B. AEO-F)
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der unternehmensweiten Zoll- und Exportkontrollprozesse sowie die Durchführung von Exportkontrollen zur Einhaltung der aktuell gültigen Sanktionsregelungen
- Überprüfung und Korrektur von Zollanmeldungen und Steuerdokumenten, insbesondere die genaue Berechnung des Zollwerts, sowie die Überwachung der Aufschubkonten
- Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen für Audits und das Management
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Groß- und Außenhandel, Spedition, Logistik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Ein Bachelor-Abschluss im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft ist ebenfalls willkommen
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Logistik, Zoll- und Außenhandelsrecht, idealerweise in der Pharmaindustrie oder in der Konsumgüterbranche
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen internationale Logistikprozesse, GDP-Anforderungen und Kundenservice
- Versierter Umgang mit SAP R/3 oder SAP S/4 (Module SD, MM), SAP Business Warehouse, Reporting-Tools (Qlik, Power BI) sowie MS Office und ATLAS (GTS, Zodiak, FRRED)

In unserer schnelllebigen und globalisierten Welt spielt der Bereich Zoll und Außenwirtschaft eine entscheidende Rolle für den reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Unternehmensprozesse. Als Customs Analyst sind Sie unverzichtbar für die Unterstützung und Optimierung aller zollrelevanten Vorgänge innerhalb unseres Teams. Sie fungieren als Hauptansprechpartner für Behörden, externe Partner und interne Schnittstellen und tragen durch Ihre Expertise wesentlich zur Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Richtlinien bei.
