Your tasks

Management & further development of our research and development with the development areas for software, autopilot, electrical, electronic, mechanical, têxtile, field testing and system development
Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team leaders in research and development
Further development and implementation of our development strategy to achieve our corporate goals
Identification and implementation of technology solutions to meet current and future needs
Planning, initiation and coordination of research and development activities
Responsibility for target achievement and budget
Reporting to the management, you are a member of the management board
Representation of the research and development department to important customers, suppliers, investors and at events and trade fairs

Your profile:

You have completed a technical degree (e.g. engineering, industrial engineering, computer science, physics)
You have management experience of interdisciplinary teams in the field of research and development as well as experience in the development and market launch of series products for automated systems
You have experience in working in an agile environment as well as in a startup environment. Experience in an international environment would be desirable
You are highly selfmotivated and like to motivate others. In addition, you are strong in communication, structured and goaloriented
You have the ability to lead and empower people to achieve our common goals
You are enthusiastic about wind energy and already have knowledge of the renewable energy market
Fluent in German and English
