We are looking for a passionate
Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) focusing on Azure Infrastructure to join the Customer Success team.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for technical customer engagements, working with exciting projects within the Microsoft Azure customer base.

This customer-facing position is a hands-on technical role spanning across design, build, and operations with a focus on issue resolution to remove customer technical obstacles and adoption challenges.

You will leverage your technical expertise to help customers to realize their objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep relationships with key customer IT decision makers, who drive longterm cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates. Be the Voice of the Customer; Share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to remove blockers.

Partner Insights:

Provide feedback & insights from customers/partners back to the relevant MS teams including Product Groups, to enable continuous improvement.

  • Own committed pipeline and ensure delivery in alignment with customer expectations.
  • Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth: Develop opportunities to drive Customer Success business results by working with technical decision makers to ensure they understand Microsoft's Azure Infrastructure value proposition and get value from their investment in the Microsoft technology.
  • Architecture Design and Deployment
  • Run Architectural Design Sessions to build plan for implementing solution governing design in line with customer business goals and their technical environment. Use CAF Landing Zones to rapidly enable migrations and help build customer resiliency.

Qualifications:

-
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field

AND 5-7+ years 'experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
