In this role, you will:

Manage full cycle recruitment process for all level positions across DACH and Benelux regions.
Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role
Post open role in a variety of available channels, leveraging available social media channels and branding guidelines to build an enticing and relevant job advertisement.
Prepare and process hiring documentation and coordinate onboarding activities in collaboration with the Human Resources department
Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent
Continually network source with both active and passive external talent to build a proactive talent pipeline
Provide direction and counsel to Hiring Managers and Human Resource partners on topics ranging from budget, sourcing strategies, agency engagements, offers, and overall Applicant Tracking System (ATS) functionality and workflows.
Ensure that all recruitment and selection activities are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies and procedures
Develop and undertake various Employer Branding activities to increase brand reach, both internally and externally

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field.
Min. 5 year successful recruiting experience in an inhouse or agency environment
Fluent in German and English
Familiar with the Germany countryspecific hiring practices
Experience with leveraging social media and branding initiatives to source and attract talent.
Demonstrating business thinking and acumen through strategic sourcing techniques with the use of data.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while delivering on timetofill metrics and expectations.
Strong ability to influence and gain alignment from key stakeholders and business partners.
Excellent communicator in written and verbal forms.
Versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity.

Highly Preferred:

Experience using Workday's Applicant Tracking System strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting in the Life Science, Diagnostic industries.
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage diverse activities simultaneously.
Metrics and resultsoriented with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.
Utilizes a sense of urgency to get problems solved.
Professional demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global team environment.
