Working in an international recruiting agency never gets boring We constantly work on various international recruiting projects in many different branches.

For our team in Stuttgart, we are looking for a new colleague (M/F/d) who is open-minded, curious, ambitious, and keen to join our international team We definitely have many nice tasks and opportunities waiting for you.

We are a remote-only company. Regular team meetings take place in the Stuttgart region.

For this reason, we would like to hire someone from this region or someone willing to relocate to the area.

Tasks

Recruit for various qualifications and industries, including recommendation management, active sourcing via online channels, social networks, and job board advertising.
Conducting job interviews via video calls, phone, or in person.

(2) Sales and Customer Care:

Independent sales/distributionoriented care and counseling of the companies.
Identifying the detailed requirements of a client regarding the desired profiles.
Corresponding with clients on an international level.
Preparing proposals and conducting contract negotiations.
Occasional national and international traveling.

Requirements:

Study or completed education (e.g., economics or a social sciences study, preferably focusing on human resources or personnel management).
It would be perfect if you already gained work experience in recruiting.
Excellent communication skills in English + one additional European language, both written and verbal, are essential.
Distinctive communication and negotiation skills
Your way of working is proactive as well as result

- and team-oriented.

You are familiar with MS Office (especially Word, Outlook, and Powerpoint)
