Our client, an industry-leading Corporate Finance firm with a proven track record of successful transactions across M&A, Debt Financing and Special Situations is specialized in medium-sized and growth companies across Europe.

Tasks

You will play a central role in the acquisition of attractive new mandates, advising potential clients from the initial contact to the mandating and independently leading a team of analysts and associates.
You support our Managing Director in identifying attractive new mandates and inspire potential clients to work with our client.
Together with your team, you will prepare market and company analyses as well as company valuations, take on the preparation of pitch presentations and ensure close and confidential contact with potential clients at all times.
You are not satisfied with the status quo, but actively design processes to ensure the most qualitative and efficient client acquisition possible.
You manage the internal and external allocation of resources, provide operational support on all relevant issues and are responsible for the progress of new client acquisitions.
You are involved in the development of the digital unit together with the management and actively shape the development of the entire area.

Requirements:

You have at least 58 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Finance/M&A
You have excellent people skills and be able to effectively accompany

discussions and negotiations even in complex situations and inspire your discussion partners

You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a strong team spirit
You have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise with senior external clients
You can work under pressure, you are selfmotivated and an excellent team player.
