What you'll do
We are looking for motivated and innovative working student to join our User Assistance Development team. This role is ideal for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Key responisibilties:

  • Produce multimedia content for our platforms, such as videos, infographics, and interactive presentations to enhance user experience.
  • Explore and implement AI technology in documentation to improve efficiency and user interaction.
  • Maintain and update our team site regularly to ensure all information is accurate, current, and engaging.
  • Provide support for adhoc tasks as required by the team.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a team to meet objectives and deadlines.

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Technical Writing, Multimedia
  • Computer skills:
  • Language skills: fluent in English, German is a plus
  • Soft skills: team player, creative and proactive, able to work independently, not afraid to try and fail
  • Others: work experience with SAP software is a plus
