What awaits you?

You are defining/designing and optimizing our Amazon Web Service Cloud Infrastructure together with internal and external Teams with the aim to improve, secure, test and scale our existing Microservices for customer interactions.
You will work with a highly motivated, skilled and agile Team in of the of the most advanced customer interactions environments at BMW.
You are responsible for identifying specifying requirements across all relevant stakeholders and products.
You are responsible for analyzing, conceptional design, implementation and maintaining our cloud based IT infrastructure.
You are consulting our world wide network of BMW developer teams as Subject-MatterExpert to grant a scale able cloud and data based IT-Application Services.
The realization of the solutions will be executed via User Stories in collaboration with our DevOps-Service Provider and governed by you.
You take on the coaching of project teams in agile project methodologies and analyze sprint progress.
Proactive governance and steering of our external DevOpsservice provider to ensure the delivery quality and time will be part of your tasks.

What should you bring along?

University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics., Mathematics, Business Administration, or other relevant studies ideally with focus in the computer / informatic data analytics or data science or other similar industry experience.
Skills and experience in IT solution design architecture especially in Big Data Analytics, Cloud Data Warehouse (Redshift, Athena, DynamoDB) and Streaming Platforms with AWS Cloud components (incl. scripted configuration tools like Terraform and Cloudformation).
A strong understanding of Scrum in an agile project environment preferably in software development.
Deep experience with agile working models in project related environments (with good knowledge of program

- management and provider steering).

Knowledge in Office365 and the Atlassian Tool Suite (Confluence, JIRA etc.)
Fluent English mandatory, German a plus.
