About us

Join us as Business & Ecosystems Lead to take responsibility for the success of the digital transformation at ZEISS.

Your role- With your experience in Life Science and MedTec sector, you will act as trusted partner and key stakeholder for our partners in the business units - you understand their needs, generate and prioritize demand and fill your focus project pipeline- You will set up projects and guide a project team in explorative product innovation projects.

You will define best in class business models and state-of the art ecosystem plays and bring them to implementation- You would be responsible for meaningful project challenges and coaching in order to shape the future of ZEISS and our customers, together with the ZEISS business units- You will challenge and further develop our methodologies and ways of working - and help to scale these at ZEISS- You will work and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders, from researchers to business or tech experts

Profile:

University degree from a top university, preferably in natural sciences, medical engineering, informatics, or business 7+ years of relevant work experience, e.g. in a top management consulting firm or in digital transformation, digital innovation or product management for digital solutions, especially with focus on Life Science, MedTec or related industries.
Track record of successfully leading or coaching product innovation groups, large innovation projects or teams in a dynamic set up Sound understanding of the digital economy and dataenabled business models paired with a passion for ZEISS' products and markets
Strong communication skills and empathy to easily communicate with people from diverse backgrounds
Passion for innovation and the MedTec & Life Science industry.
Business fluent English is a must(fluency in German would be a plus)
