"Artificial Intelligence for Public Policy for sustainable behaviour"

Responsibilities:

Conducting research on AI for public policy for sustainable behavior.
Developing new algorithms, models, and tools for analyzing largescale data sets.
Collaborating with other researchers, policymakers, and stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions.
Collecting and interpreting data from various sources, such as surveys, experiments, or social media.
Communicating findings through scientific publications, presentations, and reports.
Contributing to the dissemination and impact of the research by engaging with the wider research community and the public.

Qualifications:

A master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, statistics, or a related field.
Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java, etc.) and experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.)
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
A strong commitment to sustainability and social responsibility.
A good level of English and German is essential. Good oral and written communication abilities. Work is in person in Mainz
You have not started your PhD thesis yet; if you have been working scientifically on your topic since more than one year after obtaining your university degree, we consider that you have started your PhD thesis
Knowledge of statistics and experimental design
Project management experience is a plus
