A Snapshot of Your Day
As EXM Team Lead & NC Manager (f/m/d) your day will be dynamic and varied. You will become part of the Global Operations Excellence Team and lead an international team of experienced execution managers.

  • You are responsible for the strategic analyzes of the project "Non Conformities", risks and opportunities for the global controls & digitalization business within the gas service organization and thus make a significant contribution to achieving the CD business goals.
  • Through your governance activities in the project phases PM020 to PM700, you support the business areas in achieving sustainable sales, profit and quality goals.
  • You will collaborate closely with your Execution Manager including other Business Areas and Corporate functions. Based on your analytical edge and longyear experience in leading projects, you will define solutions to complex challenges and communicate them accordingly with senior stakeholders. You will work together with diverse people in a very caring team environment and find great development perspectives, while having a direct impact on our organization's success.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Support or Lead the Project Execution Focus Topics for Controls & Digitalization Business in Gas Services and drive on continuous improvement
  • Frame broad Non-Conformances approach with targeted E2E view by standardized Root Causes, Cause Areas and other required business dimensions
  • Shape and regularly report the relevant KPI's for project execution to Controls & Digitalization Management
  • Ensure systematic risk and opportunity management in accordance with the identified risk profile over the entire project lifecycle
  • Ensure early involvement of project execution according to the project complexity / categorization level to adequately consider the learning from previous projects, identifying the risks & opportunities
  • Proactively build, develop and maintain relationships with key partners and collaborators across the organization ensuring timely as well as regular engagement

What You Bring

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, natural sciences, economics or business administration
  • Proven track record in leading crossfunctional, international and virtual teams in managing several complex projects at the same time
  • Enthusiasm and proactivity for driving improvements in New Unit and Service Business
  • Preference for working with, leading, motivating and coaching diverse people from different parts of the organization on complex projects in an evolving environment
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as experience in working in a global organization/environment for efficient partner management and driving change

About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and
- decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof,
- steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings,
- modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
