For our Customer Care department, we are looking for a:
Customer Care Specialist FR/DE/EN (d/f/m)

in our headquarter in Wetzlar (Germany), with a hybrid working solution.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing of price inquiries, purchase orders, change orders, returns / exchanges, coordination of on-time deliveries, installation and monitoring of open orders and invoicing via SAP R/3
Close coordination with production, sales, service and product management to optimize the sales targets
Processing of complaints in cooperation with the credit department
Master data maintenance of the SAP R/3 system

In this position, you will be working more specifically for the French and Swiss Medical markets, and occasionally as back up for other countries.


YOUR PROFILE
Successfully completed commercial professional training, ideally with first professional experience in customer service
Fluent in French, German and English
Experience with SAP R/3 module SD
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Independent as well as solution-oriented way of working
Customer oriented
Good knowledge of MS-Office
Experience in the medical business is an advantage
