TASKS:

Lead and develop the local Intercompany team at CDC
Support the global SIOP process with a focus on smooth Intercompany demand planning and ensure rules and procedures adherence
Ensure interaction and collaboration with stakeholders and act as a link between regions and functions taking part in the SIOP process
Ensure and Analyze Visibility of Orders, Stock and Deviation Management and coordinate IC regular alignment meeting
Order processing and delivery preparation of dedicated customers

REQUIREMENTS:

University degree Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management or Business Administration with Supply Chain Management focus
More than 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management in an international environment preferably automotive industry
Experience in leading a team
Several years of experience as part of the Sales and Operations Planning process of an international company
Excellent English and German language skills
Very good communication skills
Very high adaptability, resilience, and flexibility
High affinity for managing and improving processes
