Tasks

  • Work directly with the TIENS Sales Manager for Germany and you are the active support of the sales management team in sales and marketing plans as well as online and offline activities
  • Frequently updating the social media channels such as Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
  • Translating/overseeing the translation/proofreading of all company communication materials (print, multimedia or website)
  • Implementation of market research and customer surveys
to assess demand, brand position and awareness

  • Monitor the evolution of monthly sales, and bonuses and compile reports and charts
  • Provision of excellent customer service for networks across Europe via online and offline channels
  • Working with distributors/executives to implement SIPs and other business programs provide ongoing support in their business development, such as: in terms of network development, marketing plan, etc.
  • Organization, preparation and active participation in events, meetings and training
  • Provision of regular reports as needed and support for special projects on request

Requirements:


  • Excellent in German and in Turkish
  • Relevant professional experience 2+ years in the field of customer service/customer care
  • Active, motivated team player and work independently
  • PC knowledge of the MS Office package
