DUTIES ON DECK:


  • You use your creativity to find and engage talents
  • Endtoend recruitment level for all Working students and Junior positions.
  • Schedule calls and interviews
  • Active sourcing in Linkedin when it is needed.
  • Be the sparring partner to all stakeholders of the recruitment processes and build trustful relationships to all hiring leads.

YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE:

- +1 years experience as an in-house Recruiter

  • Interviewing skills and experience with a variety of assessment techniques
  • An open and positive mindset
  • Very good command of
    English as well as
    German:
  • Experience in building and maintaining trusting relationships with important stakeholders in a fast-moving environment

  • Experience in supporting relocation and visa processes (at least with external agencies)
