Responsibilites

Tasks in the HR Operations team:

  • Administrative support for all aspects of the employee life cycle (entries, changes, exits)
  • Creation of job references
  • Recording of absence times in our time recording system and in lists for the digital retrieval of sick notes from the health insurance companies
  • Maintenance of personnel files

Tasks in the Employee Development team:

  • Organization of internal and external training (training bookings, appointment coordination, course construction, provision of training documents, etc.)
  • Setting up various compliance training courses in the learning management system
  • Maintenance of the intranet site with content on human resources and organizational development, health management and information for our foreign companies

Qualifications

  • Existing enrollment in a relevant study, e.g. Business administration, social sciences, psychology with a focus on human resources/HR or comparable
  • Duration: at least 6 months for 20 hours per week
  • Enjoy dealing with people as well as organizational and communication skills
  • Independent and careful way of working as well as a feeling for detail
  • Commitment, reliability and a strong team player
  • Safe handling of MS Office and interest in other system environments (learning management system and HR information system)
  • Good knowledge of German and English
