You can expect the following:

Commercial support and advice for business, office and project management
Identification of total project costs and reporting
Target/actual comparison of project development and other key figures
Preparation of forecasts and determination of key figures
Optimisation of cost control tools
Commercial monitoring of project progress
Profitability calculations and project costings

You bring along:

Completed studies in economics, architecture or civil engineering
Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the architecture or construction industry
Knowledge of HOAI is an advantage
Knowledge of an ERP system (e.g. MS Dynamics NAV)
Good knowledge of finance and accounting, accounting understanding in the area of P&L & balance sheet an advantage
Ability to work in a team, personal responsibility and reliability
Very good German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
