Responsibilities:

Our IT trainee program covers a period of 18 months.

In the individually planned project assignments (Duration:
approx. 6 months each at different locations) you will gain valuable experience with and in different Freudenberg Business Groups, which cover a broad range of industries and sectors

During the program you will be accompanied by a personal mentor who will support you in your professional and personal development. Also practical seminars and method training courses will continuously promote your further development
You can expect a permanent employment contract right from the start of the trainee program as well as attractive salary condition

Qualifications:

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of computer science or business informatics with a focus on Cyber Security
You bring along first practical experience in the form of internships or first work experience in the IT industry
Your personality is characterized by strong initiative, openness for new things and pleasure in working with other people
You have very good communication skills and a resultoriented way of working
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
