SUCHEN

Senior UX/UI Designer (M/F/d):

remote (within the EU) // asap // 12+ months:

übernehmen folgende Aufgaben:

HARD FACTS:
Project: End-customer project (direct contract with end-customer)
Start: asap
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Remote (within the EU), occasionally traveling to Augsburg (Germany) required
Availability: 40 hours / week required
Contract: Freelance
PROJECT:
Enterprise transformation project: Replacement of legacy systems for handling internal business processes by a new enterprise architecture solution which will be developed from scratch.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the design efforts with a primary focus on UX, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Address the unique challenge of transitioning thousands of users accustomed to a legacy software to the new system.
Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to align design decisions with project goals.
Develop UI mockups and prototypes: Using wireframe and design software like , InVision, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator, you will craft interactive prototypes and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and functionalities.
Design graphic user interface: You will be responsible for creating visually engaging and userfriendly graphic user interfaces that align with our brand and product identity.

Ihr Profil:

5+ years of experience as UX/UI Designer.
Expertise in UX design with a strong understanding of UI principles.
Previous experience working on projects involving legacy system replacement is highly desirable.
Knowledge and experience of wireframe and design software: Proficiency in tools such as , InVision, Figma or Adobe Illustrator is required to effectively create and communicate design concepts.
Proficient in designing for various platforms, including desktop, smartphone, and tablet (responsive design).
Familiarity with Front-End technologies and a basic understanding of JavaScript is beneficial.
Fluent in German and English (both languages are a MUST).
Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude.
Experience in working with virtual, distributed teams
Ability to work and think independently and autonomously
Ability to analyze problems, develop solution options and make decisions
Willingness to occasionally travel to Augsburg (Germany) for facetoface meetings/ workshops
