Your responsibilities and tasks:

Within our Business Area Service, we are looking for a Technical Service Specialist (f/m/d) Automatic Feeding Systems & Conventional Milking Systems at our location in Bönen (near Dortmund) as soon as possible.

Area of responsibility:

Technical Support International (target: Automatic Feeding Systems & Conventional Milking Systems)
Back-Office for Hotline and Ticket System
In special case onsite support
Design and maintenance of training documents
Execution of technical training courses for senior technical employees in Bönen or also in the regions & countries
Team member in development projects

Your profile and qualifications:

Technical specialist or comparable recognized education with at least another twoyear recognized specialist education with at least 35 years of professional experience
Additional qualification in the area of Pneumatics, Hydraulics und Electronics would be an advantage
Experienced in IT Support (general hardware and components)
Professional experience, ideally in the field of agricultural products and service and Farm Management Software
Solid knowledge in all MS-Office products
Fluent English language skills needed, German or other languages are an advantage
High flexibility and willingness to travel internationally (10% 40%)
