Was erwartet Sie?:

Take responsibility for the ESG related reporting and communication of GLS Group
Be in charge of the creation of the GLS Group ESG Report according to GRI standards
Work with our mother company IDS on their Annual Report and organize a smooth assurance process on the GLS side
Collect, collate and communicate data and supporting documents for assurance processes
Support in the analysis and implementation of new regulatory requirements (e.g. new reporting obligations arising from EU CSRD and EU Taxonomy)
Support the Corporate Communications team in the external and internal communication of ESG topics
Provide ESGrelated information for customers to support the GLS Sales functions
Prepare presentations and decision papers on ESG topics for the top management

Was bringen Sie mit?:

A university degree, preferably in business or sustainability studies
Experience with reporting of business information for multinational companies
Experience in the ESG field and knowledge of common requirements or standards (e.g. GRI standards, EU CSRD) is an advantage, but not required
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong communication skills and assertiveness
A conscientious way of working
A high degree of initiative and enjoy taking on responsibility
Excellent written and spoken English skills; German is a plus
Excellent MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Word; InDesign would be a plus
