- Responsible for the overall architecture design and research of freestanding and built-in ovens, ensuring platform versatility.
- Oversee all structural designs for large ovens and review all structural design drawings.
- Develop product roadmap and technology for large ovens over the next 3-5 years, leading the team to overcome core technical challenges.
- Conduct major technical scheme reviews and evaluations of key project stages, ensuring the correct technical direction and controlling risks.
- Address major market complaints related to large ovens.
- Responsible for establishing and update design standards for large oven components and training on design thinking.
- More than 10 years of experience in large oven development, with experience working on leading international large oven products.
- Familiar with oven product standards in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa markets, with experience in developing both gas and electric oven platforms.
- Member of European Committee for Standardization is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility.
