Specialist (m/w/d) Customer Order Management

Your tasks

Processing of industry orders of our worldwide sales companies in SAP R/
Determination and controlling of deadlines in cooperation with interfaces such as production, shipping and project management
Primary contact person for the sales companies
Monitoring of the customer order backlog
Optimization of existing processes

Your profile

Apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (M/F/d) or comparable training
Experience in worldwide customer order management
Good command of written and spoken English and German
Strong customer orientation and communication skills
