- In Deiner neuen Rolle als Scrum Master sorgst Du gemeinsam mit dem Team für eine größere Effektivität, förderst eine wirksame Selbstorganisation und beseitigst Störungen, indem Du entsprechende Methoden und Praktiken einsetzt
- Als Facilitator übernimmst Du die Moderation von Scrum- und SAFe-Events und behältst dabei stest das gemeinsame Ziel im Fokus
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt den Product Owner im effektiven Product Backlog Management
- Du berätst, planst, trainierst und coachst bei der Einführung von Scrum und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Scrum Prinzipien und Praktiken
- Des Weiteren bist du dafür verantwortlich, die Agilität im Unternehmen zu befördern und unterstützt die Stakeholder*innen bei der Kommunikation mit dem Team
- Als Teil unserer Agile Community, bietest du kollegiale Unterstützung und Weiterbildung an
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master oder Agile Coach (idealerweise mit entsprechender Zertifizierung)
- Berufserfahrung im Kontext von IT oder Digitalisierung ist von Vorteil
- Kooperativer Führungsstil für agile Teams (Servant Leader) sowie Coachingqualitäten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
