As a recruiting partner of Step Partners Europe GmbH we are looking for you as VP Finance (a) at the location in Frankfurt am Main. In your position, you will have the vital responsibility of leading and guiding an accounting and finance team to achieve their objectives and consistently deliver high-quality work. Your role will encompass overseeing the creation and execution of financial budgets and forecasts, aligning them with our strategic goals while ensuring their precision. What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead and manage the accounting and finance team, ensuring they are meeting their objectives and delivering highquality work
  • Oversee the development and implementation of financial budgets and forecasts, ensuring that they are accurate, realistic and aligned with the company's strategic goals
  • Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring that there is adequate liquidity to meet the company's obligations and fund its growth plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, and ensure that all reporting requirements are met in an emery and accurate manner, including tax reporting
  • Provide financial analysis and insight to support strategic decisionmaking by the executive team and investors
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements, including those of the German government and regulatory bodies
  • Continuously monitor and improve the company's financial processes and systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy and scalability

What You Bring To The Job

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Several years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
  • Experience in the hospitality or hotel management industry
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Experience with financial modelling and analysis
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
