Your mission:

As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and intensifying customer relations with Fleet Customers:

  • Own multiple accounts as as part of the business line Fleet.
  • Manage customer relations in collaboration with the Sales, Product Management and Business Operations teams.
  • Implement B2B solutions and manage the customer life cycle and processes endtoend.
  • Support customer need sand develop longterm relations in line with the strategy.
  • Identify, develop and implement upselling opportunities in collaboration with relevant teams within DCS and on the customer side.
  • Regularly report about customer relations and own the Customer KPIs.
  • Monitor market trends and contribute to the overall DCS solutions according to customer and market requirements.
  • Create and proactively share best practices within the team and the business teams and help improve internal processes.

Your profile:


  • Degree in Business Management, Business Engineering / informatics or related studies.
  • 3 years of professional experience in B2B Key Account Management, Project management or consulting.
  • Experience with blue chips, ideally in automotive / fleet.
  • Thorough understanding of project/ program management methods (classical & agile) and business acumen.
  • Experience in digital business models is an advantage as well as managing complex IT projects.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and networking abilities and problemsolving mentality.
  • Teamoriented mindset and strong analytical skills combined with independent and structured working style.
  • Proficiency in English language, German is a plus.
