Supply Officer / Supply Management (d/f/m)


We're responsible for supplying aerostructures (floor panels, belly fairing, tubes & pipes, composite parts, etc.) from worldwide suppliers to plant Hamburg (all aircraft programs).


Our Mission is to secure parts availability at the right time, in the right quantity & quality in accordance with the customer's needs.

To minimize capital lock up with respect to agreed and optimized stock levels. Jointly with our stakeholders we anticipate the actions to achieve zero missing parts. Support mid and long term supply strategy as part of procurement multi functional teams. For our customers, we enable the production of aircraft and drive excellent supply management.

Your location
You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Report any delay or issues to internal customers
  • Perform root cause analysis
  • Follow key performance indicators for our activity
  • Place purchase orders at suppliers and follow up the delivery up to the booking of the parts in our warehouse
  • Participate or lead projects

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a similar field
  • First work experience in Supply Chain Management needed
  • You're familiar working with GSuite and SAP
  • You are a team player with excellent communication and organization skills
  • Business fluency in English and good German skills are required
