Vivid is a dynamic fintech company dedicated to providing innovative solutions to enhance the financial experience of our users.

We are on a mission to identify and solve user problems, continuously improve our products, and introduce new features to make financial management simpler and more rewarding.

For our marketing team we are looking for a passionate CRM Specialist (M/F/d) who will X-Sell all Vivid products to our clients' base, support our Retail & SME clients on each stage of their client's lifecycle: Onboarding, Engagement and Retention.

Responsibilities

Prepare audiences and segmentations for various campaigns.
Proofread and peerreviewed copies and CRM campaigns from colleagues.
Create CRM strategies in collaboration with various product teams.
Create, activate, and manage multimarket campaigns to develop Vivid ́s brand and drive user growth opportunities.
Report on various CRM campaigns, measure their effectiveness and find ways to optimize them.
Deliver audiencetargeted and marketsegmented CRM campaigns and programs into the region.
Work in close collaboration with product managers, stakeholders, and our compliance and legal team to create effective communications.

Requirements:

Experience with CRM campaign tools, especially Braze, ability to use complex liquid logic
Great marketing copywriting skills
Ability to create complex and technical setups for various communication channels
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision on complex projects
Ability to juggle multiple highintensity projects at the same time and react with urgency when necessary
Excellent team player skills and at the same time, the capability to work autonomously with all your responsibilities
Good command of English (comfortable with communication and copywriting)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and strong attention to details
Good QA skills to peerreview setups from colleagues

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Math, IT or Economics

Nice to have

German, French, Italian or Spanish language
HTML knowledge
