Job Description:

Developing the Segula ADAS strategy together with the department and division leadership
Being the technical lead engineer within the ADAS team
Support in setting up ADAS projects within the department
Technical interface to our customers.
Analyzing system requirements and performing system and functional designs of ADAS features
Allocating highlevel ADAS features to ADAS subsystems and components, including Camera, Radar, Lidar, Ultra Sound sensors
Studying and evaluating performance of different platforms and architectures
Collaborating with ADAS software developers and other entities inside the company for system analysis and future requirement definition
Participating in function definition and implementation of functional safety requirements
Performing system design reviews and documentation with other team members
Contributing to project planning and milestone reviews
Contribute on RFQ responses
Technical project leadership: ensure delivery towards our customers

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in the fields of ADAS
Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
Strong technical understanding and knowledge about latest ADAS features, systems and platforms.
Expertise in signal processing, data fusion, pattern and object recognition
Functional safety expertise.
Understanding of Automotive SPICE, AutoSAR, CAN/LIN, SOTIF, Cybersecurity, FOTA
Systems Engineering mindset
Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills
Selfdriven, selfmotivated and solution orientated character
