Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the executive team to refine and optimize accounting frameworks.
Responsibility for proper accounting and the preparation of financial statements.
Management of payment transactions and accounting software.
Close cooperation with the management, other departments as well as external stakeholders, such as tax advisors and tax offices.
Continuous further development of the department toward digitization.
Responsibility for tax compliance.
Management of the budget and financial planning.
Preparation of financial reports and presentations for management.

Your Qualifications:

Completed university studies in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
At least 4 years of professional accounting experience and experience in a leadership role.
Experienced handling of DATEV (FIBU), EasyBill, and the common MS-Office programs.
Structured, independent and selfreliant way of working, combined with reliability, high diligence, flexibility, strong organisational and communication skills, assertiveness and quick perception.
Entrepreneurial drive, willingness to take on responsibility.
Very good German as well as good written and spoken English.
Knowledge of German tax legislation.
