**About the role:
**What You'll Do: - Mentor and develop a high-performing CS, CRM and RFM teams, providing guidance, coaching, and professional growth opportunities to ensure that the team excels at achieving KPIs.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's Managed Services operations, focusing on continuous improvement and growth.
Manage relationships with thirdparty service providers and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to servicelevel agreements.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws, particularly those related to online gaming and data protection.
Develop and maintain budgets, financial projections, and performance metrics for the Managed Services operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and costeffectiveness.
Provide leadership and guidance to the company's team of employees and service providers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Oversee overall business operations, including the CRM, Risk, Fraud, and Customer Support teams, to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of business objectives.
Facilitate crossfunctional collaboration and communication, breaking down potential silos and fostering synergy across departments.
Drive process improvement initiatives using tools such as process mapping, data analysis, and training workshops to optimize business workflows.
Identify key business objectives, communicate them effectively across teams, and manage their implementation and achievement.
Prepare monthly reports indicating key performance metrics across all departments, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**About You: - 3+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing Managed Services operations, preferably in the online gaming sector. Platform business experience is considered a plus.

Strong understanding of relevant regulations and laws, with experience ensuring compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decisionmaking and continuous improvement.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
