- Ganzheitliche Betreuung der Mitarbeiter sämtlicher Filialen der Area Braunschweig in allen personalwirtschaftlichen Angelegenheiten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Area Manager
- Direkte Berichtslinie an den HR Director Germany Deutschland und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Area Managementteam (Visual Merchandising, Finance, Facility Management)
- Beratung des Area Managementteams und der Filial-Führungskräfte zu arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Fragen
- Steuerung und Durchführung sämtlicher personalwirtschaftlicher Prozesse vom Mitarbeitereintritt bis -austritt
- Verantwortung für die Personalkosten und -kennzahlen, Personaleinsatzplanung, Urlaubsplanung und Krankheitsstatistik in enger Abstimmung mit dem Area Controller
- Planung des Mitarbeiter- und Führungskräftetrainings in der Area
- Betreuung der Auszubildenden in der Area einschl. Erstellung der Aus- und Fortbildungspläne, Beratung der Ausbildungsfilialen etc.
- Durchführung von regelmäßigen priorisierten Filialbesuchen innerhalb der Area
- Projektarbeit in Zusammenarbeit mit dem HR Director Germany und anderen Area HR Managern
- Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt HR oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als HR-Manager im (Textil-) Einzelhandel inkl. einschlägiger Führungserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits,- Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie gutes kaufmännisches Verständnis
- Affinität zur Modebranche
- Entscheidungsfreudigkeit, Verhandlungs- und Umsetzungsstäke sowie Fähigkeit zu priorisieren
- Teamfähigkeit sowie vertrauensvolle, inspirierende und authentische Führungspersönlichkeit
- Reisebereitschaft
